Research & Development
Knowledge, skills and manufacturing technology, along with our partners’ combat experience, has led to developing cutting edge protective armor products.
Driving force for our research & development are our clients, because no one can set a standard higher than those in need of life protecting technology.
Manufacturing & Materials
To meet our customers’ demands to maximum possible extent, after careful market research, thorough testing and analysis, we have incorporated the most advanced ballistic materials available on the market.
The soft armor panels are specially treated and finished to achieve maximum energy disperse from projectile impact, thus minimize the trauma.
The carriers are constructed of durable, the most advanced materials, mainly in accordance with the customers’ specifications. They come in a variety of shapes, designs and colors.
All fabrics, fasteners, buckles and other materials used in construction of our body armor and protective armor products are of the best quality, originating from Europe and US.
Soft & Hard armor panels
Soft body armor provides protection against handgun ammunition, fragments and knives as defined by US National Institute of Justice (NIJ).
Soft armor panels (SAP) come in various shapes and sizes. In general, they are constructed of multiple layers of ballistic material(s). More than one ballistic material can be used to make SAP (hybrid SAP’s). Our SAP’s have been developed to deliver superior stopping power against specific threats – and the highest level of protection at the lowest possible weight.
After careful market research, thorough testing and analysis, we have decided to use the most technologically advanced material on the market – DSM Dyneema®.
Various product grades are used to achieve excellence in soft armor protection. The SAP’s are specially treated and finished to reduce blunt trauma to minimum.
When there is an immediate threat of high-speed ammunition, rifle and machine-gun fire soft body armor alone is not enough. Hard armor plates (HAP) are added to soft body armor, usually placed in outer-shell pockets designed to house HAP.
We have developed ultra-lightweight high-end 250×300 mm (10”x12”) hard armor insert plates, compliant with major ballistic standards. Insert plates come in different shapes; standard – single curved, or anatomically shaped – double curved (known as 3D inserts).
We offer a wide variety of ICW (in conjunction with level IIIa soft armor) and stand-alone hard armor inserts depending on the protection needs, ranging from lightweight PE to robust combinations of PE/Ceramics. Furthermore, inserts can be custom made to fit protection need against specific type/caliber of ammunition.
